ALL VEHICLES WILL NEED ENTRANCE ACCESS. Please contact us prior to your stay to arrange to meet to arrange for your gate access.
Each vehicle must be registered with us to gain gate access otherwise you won't be able to enter the park at all. Ensure to arrange to meet prior.
- Due to hygiene we advise that guests MUST bring your own bed sheets and pillows, blankets and towels. Note there are 2 bunk beds (double on the bottom and single on top) and 1 Queen size bed in the master bedroom. There is also a pull-out sofa bed (double size) in the living room. No pillows, bed sheets, towels or blankets are available just bed and mattress.
- Due to hygiene all guests are to ensure all utensils and dishes are washed prior to leaving the cottage. They are available at the cottage but bringing your own disposable utensils is encouraged but not mandatory.
- The Entrance Door is near the rear deck near the back of the house.
- Press on the "YALE" button to light up the touchpad on the door
- Enter your 6 digit access code (which will be emailed to you prior to check-in please remember this code for the rest of your stay) and press the checkmark button. You will hear the door open the lock should be opened
- Make sure you pull the door tightly closed by pulling on the handle shut.
- Press the "YALE" button you will hear the lock engage and a chime like noise.
- If you hear a series of beeps then the door is not closed property please just pull the door tightly shut again until you hear the chime.
- Please note there is NO WIFI INTERNET available at the cottage you would need to use your cellphone data using tethering/personal wifi hotspot.
- If it gets too cold please use the electric heaters in every bedroom and the fireplace in the living room for source of heat but as soon as it gets warm enough please ensure to close them. When you are leaving from the cottage please ensure all heaters and fans are turned off prior to leaving. This is very important or it will damage the air conditioning and heating of the cottage which will be charged back to you for any repairs.
- If you run out of hot water try to test to see if the stove is working. If it's working then please give it an hour or so for the hot water tank to boil more hot water. If both stove and hot water tank is not working then please contact us and we will get the staff to replace the tank for us at no charge to you.
- Check-In is 3:00 PM and Check-out is 11:00 AM
- Early Check-In or late Check-out can be arranged with additional fees if no other guests are staying after your regular check-out or befote your check-in dates and time.
- The Cottage must be left in the same condition and must be cleaned and tidy for the next guest including chairs, tables, trash bins, grills, stove top and other items. There is no cleaning provided and if the cottage is not cleaned prior to vacating a $300 cleaning fee will apply.
- There is no smoking of any kind including vape or marijuana and other substances inside and patio area or any of the enclosed areas on the park (park rules).
- Alcohol is allowed but must be in non-glass containers for safety measures (park rules)
- All spills of any kind (including on the stove or burners) must be cleaned immediately after cooking.
- Empty and clean stove, dishes and utensils, oven, BBQ oven (after each use), fridge and microwave after use and prior to leaving.
- Please empty and clean all bathroom waste basket, garbage containers and baskets before leaving and place all waste into the designated garbage dumping areas within the park.
- Never leave any garbage or food waste outside the cottage to avoid rodents to get to it.
- Please don’t flush any paper or garbage in the toilet but place them in the appropriate bathroom waste container.
- Music is allowed and welcomed but please minimize noise to an acceptable level without being a disturbance to others at the park this is a strict rule from Vine Ridge Resort management team. “Quiet Hours” as imposed by the park is 11pm to 8am and no parking of more than 2 vehicles near the cottage or tickets may be issued.
- For everyone’s privacy and enjoyment please refrain from walking between cottage and use the share public roads within the cottage.
- Absolutely no nudity is allowed at all times for all guests regardless of age as this is a family oriented park.
- Please remember to turn off the fireplace, heaters, fans and lock all doors and windows, and close all blinds prior to leaving.
- Please note that Thermostat is set automatically to no lower than 18 degrees and not higher than 24 degrees if you require this to be changed please contact us.
- NO PETS allowed at the cottage due to allergy and potential health problems of other guests.
- Some drawers and cabinets and other items are labelled not to be used or opened, please follow the labels. The sliding doors are not to be used but if you must use it please ensure it gets locked before you leave and before you go to bed.
- Any personal items left behind by any guests after leaving will be disposed and will not be kept so please ensure you take all your belongings with you when you leave.
- Surveillance cameras are installed for safety reasons and are only recording the porch with sliding doors and the side door (main entrance) but there are absolutely no cameras capturing inside or at the gazebo and patio area.
- Any damages to the cottage and the furnitures, technologies, gadgets and all original belongings of the cottage must be reported to us immediately. Please do not touch anything including drawers doors which are labeled not to be remove or used/touched.
- Any violations of rules, unlawful or problematic behaviours or incidents, serious injuries that require immediate attention must all be reported to us first and then to the "Welcome Centre" if we advise to do so.

1. The name of the head guest & cellphone number
2 . Name and age of each guest who will be staying at the cottage
3. Date of Arrival (1st night stay) and the Date of Departure (day after the final night stay)
4. Only 2 overnight vehicles are allowed. Please provide for each vehicle the license plate, contact cellphone # and full name of driver.
5. Email payments by Interac E-Transfer to booking_niagaracottage@yahoo.com only after confirmation of availability with deposit of $50 per night to reserve your stay and remaining balance before 5 days prior to check-in date.
NOTE: Payments/Deposits are final and no refunds for cancellations only date changes base on availability.
